• A valid and accessible email address

False or incomplete information may result in account suspension without notice and cancellation of all related transactions.

3User Account

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. xim88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

You are advised to:

3.2 Account Activity

All activities carried out through your account — including wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and settings changes — are considered your own actions. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact xim88 support immediately to have your account isolated.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that show no activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. xim88 reserves the right to charge a maintenance fee on inactive accounts or close them in accordance with the current policy. You will be notified in advance before any action is taken.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

6.2 Game Results

All game results recorded by the xim88 system are final. 7.2 Consequences of Violations

9Account Suspension & Closure

Xim88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure of KYC verification, or a request from legal authorities.

9.2 By the User

You may close your xim88 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, ensure that all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be paid out upon account closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10Limitation of Liability
